Cancellation and refund policy

• Cancellations more than 7 days before the workshop: full refund, including any deposit.
• Cancellations between 48 hours and 7 days before: the deposit is retained; anything paid above the deposit is refunded.
• Cancellations less than 48 hours before, or non-attendance: no refund, but the place may be transferred to another person.
• If the workshop is cancelled by the studio, everything paid is refunded in full.
• Transfers to another date are possible once, subject to availability, if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
